Parents Educating Children (PEC)
Parents Educating Children (PEC) was created out of a need for homeschooling parents to come together to offer each other support and to share information on different aspects of home education. The purpose of PEC is to support and encourage its member families who are engaged in a home education program, as well as those considering home schooling as an academic option.
First Coast Christian Homeschoolers (FCCH)
First Coast Christian Homeschoolers is a homeschool support group, organized to promote the ideals of home education. They offer monthly parent support meetings, children's outings and field trips, and other activities.
HCECF-H.E.A.R.T.S.
HCECF-H.E.A.R.T.S. the Central Florida chapter of H.E.A.R.T.S. is uniting alllocal home educator volunteers for the good of our community. Originated in New Jersey by homeschooling activist, Michele Pulis, H.E.A.R.T.S. encourages homeschooling families to get involved and to help make a difference. H.E.A.R.T.S.' purpose is to unite a very diverse group of homeschoolers in community service projects and also to generate increased public awareness, understanding and acceptance of homeschoolers and homeschooling as a single focus - unrelated to any other issues.
Home Education Resources and Information (H.E.R.I.)
H.E.R.I. is a volunteer organization, of almost 800 families serving homeschoolers in the northeast Florida region. Essentially, they are a support group of other smaller support groups, home-based private schools and individuals, and as such offer unlimited opportunities for serving and encouraging one another. Home Educational Resources and Information, better known as HERI was established in 1985 to provide support and communication between homeschoolers.
Southwest Florida Homeschooling Families

Citrus Christian Home Educators Association (CCHEA)
Citrus Christian Home Educators Association is a homeschool support group located in Citrus County, Florida. This association was formed several years ago (1993) by a handful of Christian home school families. They shared a common dream of establishing a support group for Christian home schooling families in Citrus County.

Brandon Homeschool Cooperative (BHC)
Brandon Homeschool Cooperative (BHC) is a fully inclusive group of families that shares resources, ideas, and support for all methods of homeschooling. There are regular activities for children in a wide variety of ages, including park days, field trips, and subject sessions. Parents also enjoy the monthly Parent's Night Out, as well as sessions that provide information and support for homeschooling. Other activities and benefits include Scholastic book ordering, FPEA and SHEAF membership at the discounted group rate, free membership with LIFE of Florida, and special events.

Brandon HomeSchool Fellowship
Brandon Homeschool Fellowship is a Christian homeschool support group serving Hillsborough and Polk counties. They offer various learning and social opportunities for home educated children and their families.
North Brevard Home School Association
NBHSA is a Christ-centered, interdenominational, non-profit, support group of homeschooling families, led by a large group of volunteers. The volunteers come from within our group of the approximately 107 families, and including the kids, 441 people. NBHSA exists to provide educational and recreational activities for the academic and social development of our member homeschooling families and to provide support and encouragement to homeschooling parents.
Christian Home Educators Fellowship of Florida (CHEFF)
CHEFF was founded in 2003. Their goal is to encourage one another as they endeavor to educate their children for the Lord's glory. Welcome are those who are inspired by Waldorf living and education, natural living, delayed academics, rhythm in the home, and attachment parenting. Radical Unschoolers of Broward is a group of families who have applied the Unschooling philosophy to our whole lives. Anyone who lives in or around Broward County Florida and is interested in changing to a radical unschooling lifestyle is welcome.
Classical Conversations
Classical Conversations was founded in 1997 by Leigh Bortins to provide Academic Programs and Services for home school families everywhere. Since then, it has grown from Leigh’s living room and a handful of students to hundreds of students and teams of home school parents across the US. Their once-a-week, supplemental, academic programs provide a committed Christian community and structure and support, along with great fellowship for the students and parents. They offer Foundations (K4-6th), Essentials (3rd-6th), and Challenge for (7th-12).
Mid-Florida Homeschoolers
MFH is a support group for parents of homeschooled children in the Orlando-area. They offer weekly park dates, co-ops, field trips, and more. Most of the activities are targeted to children aged 4-13, but all are welcome.
Arlington Explorers (AE)

Brevard HEAT (Home Educators Activities Teams)
Brevard HEAT (Home Educators Activities Teams) is designed to assist homeschool parents in Brevard County who desire their children to participate in extra-curricular activities with quality instruction in a moral environment. They are a member of Florida High School Activities Association and offer various Varsity and Jr. High sports to homeschool students. This allows homeschooled students to compete on a team of their own. They offer programs in cross country, volleyball, gold, basketball, soccer, track and field, and tennis.
Pasco Christian Homeschooling Association
This homeschool support group serves families in Pasco County. There are monthly parent meetings and activities for the kids.
Amy's Christian Home School Network
Amy's Christian Home School Network is a Christian based home school support group that serves the Orange and Osceola County areas. They are located close to Sea World where most of the activities take place. They provide an opportunity for kids to meet and socialize together in a clean and Christian environment. ACHSN offers monthly newsletters, park days and teen fellowship. They also get together for bowling, ice skating, and the occasional rock climbing.
South Orlando Homeschoolers
The South Orlando Homeschool Christian group is a group that offers functions in the South Orlando and Kissimee area. They have kids ranging from ages 1-15. They offer classes, field trips, clubs,testing resources and homeschool guidance.
APPLE Homeschool Group

Flagler County Homeschoolers

The Florida Parent Educators Association (FPEA) exists solely to serve homeschooling families in Florida. FL Scholars Homeschool Group
FL SCHOLARS (Students Choosing Homeschool Opportunities for Learning and Resources) Homeschool Group, Inc. is an educational co-op meeting in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, FL on Monday mornings September through April, for a total of 24 classes each year. Classes range from preschool activities on up through high school level computer programming, and everything in between. There is a mix of free classes taught by parents, and pay classes offered through outside instructors. Parental involvement is a requirement of group membership. Additionally, they offer field trips, parties, park days and Mom’s Night Out events. They offer special expertise and a desire to serve gifted children, from those moderately gifted to those profoundly gifted.

Trinity Homeschooling Association
Trinity Homeschooling Association is a group of Christian homeschooling families in northeast Florida. We live in Keystone Heights, Grandin, Starke, Melrose, Interlachen, Hampton and Hawthorne which are located in Clay, Alachua, Bradford and Putnam counties. Each year moms meet in early August to decide what activities will best meet the needs of the families in the group for the upcoming school year. Activities are based on the ages, numbers, and interests of the children as well as the talents and connections of the parents. Therefore, the group changes from year to year, growing with the students.

SLHE was formed in 1988 as a support group existing to encourage home educating families in the task of teaching their children at home. They are open to any home schooling family needing support, despite race, creed, or religion, though most of the members are Christians. SLHE offers numerous activities for grades Pre-K-12.

Family Treasures
Family Treasures is a Christian homeschool support group and academic co-op working together to create Christ-centered opportunities for long-term fellowship and learning. Family Treasures Homeschoolers currently has members from the Lehigh Acres, Buckingham, Alva, Cape Coral, Gateway, and the Fort Myers areas. Family Treasures consists of two parts--the homeschool support group and an educational co-op. FT co-op meets in Lehigh Acres for three class hours and another hour of optional recreation. The co-op meets on Friday mornings with the last Friday of the month as a park or field trip day.

Pinellas Parents Educator's Association
This support group of approximately 300 homeschooling families. They offer a newsletter, field trips, a homeschool lending library, a science fair, used curriculum sale, and a graduation ceremony, along with monthly homeschool support group meetings and county wide orientation meetings for new homeschoolers.

Learning & Families is a Christian homeschool support group serving families in and around Sarasota and Bradenton, Florida. Our desire is to provide educational opportunities for both the homeschool parent and for our children and to also provide a community of support and encouragement.
Parkridge Baptist Homeschoolers Support Group
The Parkridge Baptist Homeschoolers Support Group is a ministry of Parkridge Baptist Church in NW Coral Springs. The group was formed to reach out to homeschooling families in their community and encourage them in their efforts to educate their children at home. Ongoing activities for the homeschool include field trips, nursing home visits, middle and high school activities, The President’s Fitness Challenge and much more. Calvary Chapel Merritt Island Homeschooling Fellowship
The Homeschool Fellowship began as a ministry of Calvary Chapel Merritt Island in July, 1997. Since its inception, CCHSF has continued to provide both spiritual and practical support to homeschooling families. In years past, members have come together to form a Sports Program, Drama Club, Chess Club, Classical Education Group, Cooperative Learning courses, Bible Club, Science Club and a Tech Club.
Crusaders Christian Homeschool Group of Kissimmee
This group was established to provide a place where homeschool children could participate in gym activities, field trips, art programs, holiday parties, and playground time. Christ's Church Homeschoolers
Christ’s Church Homeschoolers is a faith-based group of homeschool families in Jacksonville, Florida. The group meets weekly from September through April and offers extra-curricular classes such as art, P.E., science, and many others for a total of twelve class days in both the fall and spring semesters. Many of these classes are taught co-op style by parents in the group, and parental involvement is a requirement of group membership. Occasional field trips, parties, and weekly park days are some of the other activities that group members enjoy. The College of Central Florida Learning Resource Center Mission is to provide resources and services to meet the informational, learning, and developmental needs of Central Florida Community College students, faculty, and broader community. In the LRC, visitors will find resources such as books, computers, and online materials to help them complete assignments and to increase their knowledge. They will also find a warm, friendly staff willing to help them find materials and teach them to utilize the facility.

Brandon Homeschool Cooperative (BHC) is a fully inclusive group of families that shares resources, ideas, and support for all methods of homeschooling. There are currently over 50 member families. They have regular activities for children in a wide variety of ages, including park days, field trips, and subject sessions. Parents also enjoy the monthly Parent's Night Out, as well as sessions that provide information and support for homeschooling. AHSA-USA Email List
