JMJ Catholic Home School Support Group
This is a Roman Catholic home schooling community, faithful to the Magisterium of the Church, offering social opportunities for families in the Tampa area. The flexible approach fosters friendship, fellowship, and support, while helping members grow in the Catholic faith, following the model of the Holy Family. Current enrichment opportunities include art, science, literature, creative writing, Spanish, sports classes/clubs and various field trips for Preschool through high school. Lighthouse Homeschoolers, Inc. is a Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation based in Lakeland, Florida. It operates as a cooperative group of homeschooling parents and children and provides support to interested homeschoolers throughout Polk County. They are Christian-based but not Christian-exclusive. Their purpose is to encourage family members in their homeschooling efforts by providing information, socialization, fellowship, and support.

Heart and Home Homeschoolers
Heart and Home Homeschoolers is a Christian-based, cooperative group of homeschooling families in Lee County, Florida. They welcome homeschool families of all faiths and educational philosophies. Their purposes are to support homeschooling parents, to share homeschooling resources and ideas, and to encourage families in the planning of social and educational activities for their children. They also provide a network for keeping homeschoolers aware of political issues affecting the rights of homeschoolers.
HCECF-H.E.A.R.T.S.
HCECF-H.E.A.R.T.S. the Central Florida chapter of H.E.A.R.T.S. is uniting alllocal home educator volunteers for the good of our community. Originated in New Jersey by homeschooling activist, Michele Pulis, H.E.A.R.T.S. encourages homeschooling families to get involved and to help make a difference. H.E.A.R.T.S.' purpose is to unite a very diverse group of homeschoolers in community service projects and also to generate increased public awareness, understanding and acceptance of homeschoolers and homeschooling as a single focus - unrelated to any other issues.
Mid-Florida Homeschoolers
MFH is a support group for parents of homeschooled children in the Orlando-area. They offer weekly park dates, co-ops, field trips, and more. Most of the activities are targeted to children aged 4-13, but all are welcome.
Life Learners
Life Learners is a secular homeschool group servicing Highlands and Hardee Counties of Florida. They are relaxed homeschoolers interested in learning through living rather than testing, grades and forced learning. Trinity Homeschooling Association
Trinity Homeschooling Association is a group of Christian homeschooling families in northeast Florida. We live in Keystone Heights, Grandin, Starke, Melrose, Interlachen, Hampton and Hawthorne which are located in Clay, Alachua, Bradford and Putnam counties. Each year moms meet in early August to decide what activities will best meet the needs of the families in the group for the upcoming school year. Activities are based on the ages, numbers, and interests of the children as well as the talents and connections of the parents. Therefore, the group changes from year to year, growing with the students.

Christian Home Educators Fellowship of Florida (CHEFF)
CHEFF was founded in 2003. Their goal is to encourage one another as they endeavor to educate their children for the Lord's glory. The group has many different families, some of whom are just beginning their homeschool journey and others who are 2nd generation homeschoolers. They also offer a weekly co-op.

This group is a volunteer-based homeschooling support group serving the area of Southwest Florida, including Collier and Lee Counties.
Christian Homescholers in Pasco (CHIP) Homeschool Support Group
The CHIP support group is the oldest homeschool group in Pasco county. They offer one or two field trips a month, a park day the first Friday of each month (Sept. thru May), and a Christian homeschool skating party jointly with another homeschooling group on about the third Friday of each month.
Chipola Home Educators
The purpose of Chipola Home Educators is to enrich the educational and social elements of each homeschooling family. They provide field trips, group activities, and park day gatherings so that children can learn and play together. They also support adult family members. Moms' meetings provide an opportunity to give and receive encouragement, as well as exchange ideas and resources. Many of the members are Christians, but a statement of faith is not required to join Chipola Home Educators.
Homeschool Cooperative Educating in Central Florida (HCECF)

LIFE of Central Florida
LIFE of Central Florida (Orlando area) is an intentional community of homeschooling families. Their objective is to provide opportunities for members to network with like-minded families to create both large and small-group activities. The membership gathers together for cooperative and social reasons and welcomes families of all backgrounds. The group offers a variety of membership get-togethers, cooperatives, clubs, interest groups, demonstrations, camp outs, potlucks, workshops, planned tours, performances, and community service.
Classical Conversations
Classical Conversations was founded in 1997 by Leigh Bortins to provide Academic Programs and Services for home school families everywhere. Since then, it has grown from Leigh’s living room and a handful of students to hundreds of students and teams of home school parents across the US. Their once-a-week, supplemental, academic programs provide a committed Christian community and structure and support, along with great fellowship for the students and parents. They offer Foundations (K4-6th), Essentials (3rd-6th), and Challenge for (7th-12).
South Orlando Homeschoolers
The South Orlando Homeschool Christian group is a group that offers functions in the South Orlando and Kissimee area. They have kids ranging from ages 1-15. They offer classes, field trips, clubs,testing resources and homeschool guidance.
West Orange Home Educators Association
This Christian homeschool group serves families in the West Orlando area.
Gulf Coast Christian Home Educators Association (GCCHEA)
Gulf Coast Christian Home Educators Association (GCCHEA) is a local homeschooler’s support group. It is run by volunteers and has cell groups of families grouped together either by location or by similar interests. GCCHEA hosts many and varied activities throughout the year for its members. Some of the activities in the past include Science Fairs, Art Fairs, Safety Day, Spelling Bees, Civil War Days, park days, Pilgrims’ Feast and Festival, Christmas Caroling and crafts, plus many others. There are also many exciting field trips both in and out-of-town. This is a large group of over 150 families from areas including Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Walton Counties, as well as military families living on the local military bases of Eglin, Hulbert, and Duke Field.

Christian Home Educators Fellowship (CHEF) is a home school group ministry of Open Door Baptist Church, just north of Clermont, Florida. They have field trips, competitions, educational classes and opportunities for fellowship with fellow home school families.
Leaders in Godly Home Training (LIGHT)
This is a homeschool group, fondly known by the acronym LIGHT, providing Christ-centered support for home educators, regardless of their race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, or handicap. Tallahassee Evangelical Association of Christian Homeschoolers (TEACH) offers support and information to home educators by providing resources on curriculum, state laws, and educational opportunities. They also offer networking opportunities for homeschooling parents and children.
River City Homeschool Adventures
RCHA is different from other area groups, intentionally. They endeavor to provide a Christ centered, balanced, and varied curriculum to the families who join their community. They are founded on the philosophy of British educator Charlotte Mason, whose model reflects the idea that children are individuals - persons who respond in unique ways to living ideas.

Pasco Christian Homeschool Association is a nondenominational Christian support group for homeschooling families in the area. They join together for educational support, spiritual support and fellowship. They have informational monthly meetings, with yearly, monthly and weekly activities to choose from.

Citrus Christian Home Educators Association is a homeschool support group located in Citrus County, Florida. This association was formed several years ago (1993) by a handful of Christian home school families. They shared a common dream of establishing a support group for Christian home schooling families in Citrus County.
Crusaders Christian Homeschool Group of Kissimmee
This group was established to provide a place where homeschool children could participate in gym activities, field trips, art programs, holiday parties, and playground time. CHEC serves as a support group throughout Volusia County. Members homeschool under the home school Law or enroll with private schools affiliated with home education. They offer special activities for children in grades K-12. North Brevard Home School Association
NBHSA is a Christ-centered, interdenominational, non-profit, support group of homeschooling families, led by a large group of volunteers. The volunteers come from within our group of the approximately 107 families, and including the kids, 441 people.
